Global integrated property group Goodman is completing work on a 51,787 sq ft bespoke pre-let at Gloucester Business Park, which will be used to develop new headquarters for UK nuclear energy specialists, Horizon Nuclear Power.

The state-of-the-art building will be an extension of the 20,000 sq ft Horizon already occupies at Gloucester Business Park, and will allow the company to accommodate its rapidly growing workforce.

Horizon Nuclear Power is a UK energy company developing a new generation of nuclear power stations to help meet the country’s need for stable and sustainable low carbon energy.

James Raven, Development Director, Goodman UK Business Parks, said:

“As a business, Horizon continues to go from strength to strength and we are happy to facilitate them during this rapid period of growth. Horizon’s expansion at the Park is a testament to both the facilities and location of the park, and demonstrates the business’ ongoing commitment to the region.”

Gloucester Business Park is home to a large business network of over 58 companies, including Direct Wines, Beverage Brands, Symantec, Ageas, NHS Gloucestershire, GTEM and Detica. The Park has extensive onsite amenities, mature landscaping and is well placed for access to Gloucester and Cheltenham as well as the wider Midlands, North, Wales, South West and South East regions.
