Specialist metal roofing provider Q&M Services has taken an additional unit at Goodman’s Gloucester Business Park, bringing their total space to 5,500 sq ft.

The company has signed a 6-year lease for further light industrial space which will enable them to grow their operations.  From their workshop and offices at the business park, Q&M supplies and installs bespoke traditional metal roofing and lead rainwater pipes and hoppers.

James Raven, Development Director of Goodman's UK Business Parks said: "Q&M Services is a highly valued customer and we have worked closely together to provide additional workspace to accommodate the company’s growth. This letting doubles the company’s presence at Gloucester Business Park and we’re delighted to facilitate this expansion.”

Paul Quarry, Managing Director of Q&M Services, said: “I have found Goodman’s approach both professional and accommodating in helping us to set up our new lease. Customer service is an important factor in choosing a business location and the support that we have received from Goodman is a key reason why we chose to expand our business here.  The Business Park is well run and is ideally located with easy access to the motorway system.”

Located between Gloucester and Cheltenham, the park is easily accessible for both business travel and commuting.  Sitting alongside the M5 and A417 dual carriageway, the park provides fast access to key UK destinations and benefits from Goodman’s business support services.

The park is home to over 58 companies including Direct Wines, Beverage Brands, Horizon Nuclear Power, Messagelabs, Fortis, NHS Gloucestershire, Takao Europe and Detica.
