Goodman lets space at Gloucester Business Park to LSC Group+
Global integrated property group Goodman has let an office measuring 3,500 sq ft at Gloucester Business Park to LSC Group, which is part of Babcock International.
LSC Group provides technical services and IT solutions to companies operating in the defence and energy markets. LSC Group will use the space for a new subsidiary of its marine and technology division.
Launched over 15 years ago, Goodman’s Gloucester Business Park has established itself as one of the fastest-growing mixed use business parks in the UK. The 276 acre site is home to high quality offices, retail and leisure units as well as industrial and distribution warehousing for some of the world’s leading companies.
Goodman has planning consent for the development of further office and industrial warehouse space at Gloucester Business Park and is able to deliver bespoke buildings of between 20,000 and 400,000 sq ft.
James Raven, Development Director, Goodman UK Business Parks said: “Goodman’s recent letting to LSC Group demonstrates the popularity of Gloucester Business Park and its attractive offer for businesses looking for office space in the South West.
“Gloucester Business Park is an ideal location, combining excellent amenities with first rate transport links. With the planning consent that we have at the park for further office and industrial units, it’s an exciting time for the Gloucester and South West region.
“Goodman has a proven track record of delivering bespoke, high-quality buildings on time and within budget. We’re looking forward to partnering with more businesses to deliver tailored buildings that match our customers’ aspirations.”
The park, located between Gloucester and Cheltenham, is easily accessible. Sitting alongside the M5 and A417 dual carriageway, the park provides fast access to destinations in the Midlands, North, Wales, South West and South East.
